I just found the blog of the “National Technology Leadership Coalition: A Consortium Of Teacher Educator Associations” today. I found it because a couple of weeks ago, at the eLearn2005 conference in Vancouver, I helped setup an eLearn 2005 Research Areas blog to help attendees network together and find others with shared research agendas. Gary Marks is a team member for the eLearn blog, and also is for the National Technology Leadership Coalition blog.
Other team members I have met in the past (just briefly) but deeply respect for their knowledge of and work in the area of educational technology are Drs. Glen Bull of UVA, and Gerald Knezek and Rhonda Christensen of UNT.
It is exciting to find a group of elite scholars like this who are blogging! 🙂
Background information about NTLC was posted to this blog by Dr. Bull, as well as a link to the journal they publish, “The CITE Journal: Contemporary Issues in Technology and Teacher Education.”
