I have published all this under a Creative Commons attribution only license, which means you can do basically whatever you want with the content as long as you give me credit somewhere! Also if you would like to videoconference about the conference issues that would be great. I can videoconference with iChat AV or traditional H.323 videoconference equipment we have at our college.
