PlaceOPedia
posted in geography, web 2.0 |PlaceOPedia is a web 2.0 service connecting WikiPedia articles to geography. As a geographer myself, I am absolutely loving Google Earth and all the geographically-enabled web 2.0 services that are now available. I need to spend several hours playing with Google Earth like some of my friends did at FETC last week. I’ll be sharing the podcast recording of my dialog with them about what they learned soon.
Google Maps Planimater and Pedometer are two web 2.0 geography tools I have heard about previously. Do you know of others?
