It is interesting that society is encouraging girl scouts to become the wave of the future. We should actually let them find out about what it means to be a child in the world before they go and learn how they can destort it and control it by technological means. Technology is important but let children be children for as long as possible.

Hi Wesley! Girls and tech is an important priority, yep, and it's great the the Girl Scouts and others are working hard at it now. This hasn't always been the case. :) We're also trying to help with this, with our Kid's Programming Language. The site's at www.k-p-l.org. We're working on finding contacts within the Girl Scouts - KPL is freeware, and we'd be more than happy for them to use it as part of their campaign.
