I&#039;ve been a Google Earth user since last April. I never cease to be amazed at its power.  I posted specifically on the &lt;a href=&quot;http://ideasandthoughts.org/?p=204&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;John Kuglin presentation&lt;/a&gt; at FETC.  Since that time I&#039;ve been in contact with John regarding several issues and updates.

1. Google Earth Pro is available free to educators.  You need to contact them directly but they&#039;ve give you a key for 2 installs.

2. A fellow Canadian created a &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.teachinghacks.com/moodle/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Moodle course&lt;/a&gt; for Google Earth for educators.

3. Here&#039;s a couple of my favourite google earth blog subscriptions:
