Moving at the Speed of Creativity by Wesley Fryer

Apple Digital Media Gallery

The Apple Digital Media Gallery for Student Work includes various collections of student-created digital media. These include movies and animations, pictures, music, and presentations. A “winner’s circle” collection is also available that includes links to some of the best contributions.

If you are working with students and/or teachers and creating digital media, this is a great resource to utilize for project examples or ideas, regardless of the computer platform you’re using. One example is Student Voices from the Gulf Coast, a compelling collection you won’t want to miss. It includes original musical recordings made by students to convey feelings about Hurrican Katrina, pictures with student comments, and interviews with Hurricane survivors and rebuilders.

Teachers can also submit student projects to be included in the gallery, using a free Apple ID.
