Edutopia, the website of the George Lucas Educational Foundation, publishes a collaborative blog called “Spiral Notebook.” One of the contributors, Patsy Lanclos, is one of my favorite educational technology mentors and a super thinker on issues relating to authentic education and engaged learning via technology tools. Patsy was a primary author of our Texas state standards for technology integration in grades K-12, known as the Technology Application TEKS.
I am very pleased to see GLEF offering a blog with such outstanding contributors! Although not clearly marked on the site, an RSS and ATOM feed ARE available for aggregator subscriptions. Comments are moderated– my only suggestion is that GLEF add a comment submission field for the person’s own blog URL!
