Their model of collaboration has extended beyond their classroom into other grades in the school. I agree completely with you that the collaborative model of teaching and learning is the most effective for continued improvement of teachers, and therefore, students. Working smarter, with many heads, is always preferable to the sprinkling of information in other types of professional development. Thank you for your response to their presentation.
