Too many people think that they can do whatever they want to do electronically because they don't think they can be found out. Fortunately, they're wrong, as you demonstrate in your post. But a society that is kept safe because people are afraid of being discovered doing something wrong, lacks moral virtue. Your suggestion of promoting diallogue, both face to face and virtual, seems to be the only way to teach good behavior for its own sake. My question is, will it work? Has it ever worked?
