Restoring the IE7 Menu Bar

After upgrading a Windows XP computer to Internet Explorer 7, users are often confused because the menu bar is not turned on by default. (The FILE, EDIT, VIEW, etc menu bar) To turn the menu bar back on, click on TOOLS and select menu bar. Then you can make familiar choices, like choosing TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS to make changes and customizations to IE settings as desired.
