It is a contextual joke for that setting, which perhaps I should have explained! (I have not seriously contemplated eating a cat to see what it tasted like, even though I am definitely not a cat-fan other than a KSU Wildcat fan!) I could have brought you some! Since I was there for July 28th (Peruvian independence day) they had a fountain in front of the presidential palace flowing with pisco, it was a sight to see, that many peruvians with sippy cups drinking pisco.
