Had 2nd earliest Typhoon on record here last week – they say that doesn’t bode well for the rest of the session – we run a competition called ‘Bad Wind’ betting on the date of the first day off school because of Signal 8 – with Global warming pushing Typhoons further north the jackpot just keeps getting bigger – always very mixed feeling about the pay off!
