Is this a helpful distinction? Exploitation and abuse, I would have thought are essentially problems that arise from particular types of communication. The digital world merely transforms the 'communication' into another media. Ultimately Internet safety is about addressing people problem. I would have liked to have listened to Nancy's talk - as she raises lots of good points.
