Today I had an opportunity to share a 60 minute presentation at Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma (near Tinker Air Force Base just east of the Oklahoma City metro area) about “Project Management Tools, Tips and Tricks.” My friend, Dr. Mark Tippin, was leading a second day of project management professional development training for a variety of faculty and staff at Rose State, and he asked me to share some examples of how I’ve used project management strategies as well as tools the past few years as an educational consultant and entrepreneur. I synchronized recorded audio from this session to my slides on SlideShare to create a SlideCast you can play back and watch. I also cross-posted the audio to my “Fuel for Educational Change Agents” secondary podcast channel. Before posting, I normalized the audio and added podcast meta-information (as well as a closing copyright “bumper”) using the wonderful, free tool Auphonic.
