Podcast Release

Some educational conferences may require written permission for conference presentation session recording and sharing as podcasts. It is my personal practice and policy to always obtain verbal permission from presenters and others who I interview or whose presentations I record and share in my podcast channel. My podcast is non-commercial and content shared there is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.05 license.

To comply with conference requirements which require advance written permission from both conference organizers as well as presenters, I have created a release and permission form which can be completed by hand or electronically.

These forms were last updated 19 June 2008. Feel free to use and/or modify the text in these forms to suit your own needs and purposes, but remember I am not a lawyer and do NOT provide this to you with any legal guarantees!

Please direct questions or concerns about this process, my podcast or blog to me via phone.
