Paperback Books

Paperback copies can be ordered directly from CreateSpace, using a provided discount code. (Shipping costs are NOT included on the above prices.)

eBooks

Bulk orders for eBooks can work in several ways:

  1. dropcards300Dropcards: You can buy plastic cards from me (created by DropCards) with redeemable download codes for each eBook purchase. (See the photo to the right.) Each download code is unique. Decide how many eBook copies you want to order, then I can provide customized Dropcards to you in advance of your conference or event to a shipment address you provide. It takes about 2 weeks for me to get a new card order and then I need to send them to you. I can provide you with an invoice and PayPal direct payment link for Dropcard eBook download cards.
  2. Download Code: You can purchase a license for a specific number of eBooks, and I can provide you with a discount code you can use so others can directly download the eBook version they want and transfer it to their eReader.

Tutorials and support links for transferring eBooks to different kinds of eReaders are available.
