High quality teaching and learning?
What does it look and sound like to you?
What is Education?
"Education is what you have left when you have forgotten everything you learned in school." (Albert Einstein, 1936)
Traditional education is:
- A Banking / Transmission Model
- Filling in someone else's blanks
- Show up / Throw Up / Suck Up / Throw Back / Forget it
- Passive
- Disconnected from the real word
- Focused on Minimum Standards
Just What is Wesley asking for here?
Not asking you to change the system.
Just asking you to change your own classroom.
