I originally posted this in February 2004 on a blog I have now deleted. I am reposting it here with links.
For my TCEA 2004 Presentation entitled “Veteran Wisdom: An Oral History Project with Digital Video” I interviewed my father, Tom Fryer (USAF-Ret) about his experiences in 1966 when he served as an Air Force pilot in Southeast Asia.
I interviewed him for an hour, but edited that raw video down to just under 15 minutes. What a difficult process that was!
Link to the video here! (link broken)
Updated link, also posted to the “Oral History” page of our Family History website. (7 June 2024)
Note: As of 1 Oct 2026, this is a FULL STATIC COPY of all 6,390 posts shared on this blog since 2003. Updated content and ideas from Wes Fryer are still available!
