I have recently ordered several new books I am looking forward to reading in upcoming weeks. These include:
- “Being Fluent With Information Technology” (Committee on Information Technology Literacy)
- “Brave New World” (Aldous Huxley)
- “John Dewey and the Art of Teaching : Toward Reflective and Imaginative Practice” (Douglas J. Simpson, Michael J. B. Jackson, Judy C. Aycock)
- “Einstein Never Used Flash Cards : How Our Children Really Learn– And Why They Need to Play More and Memorize Less” (Kathy Hirsh-Pasek, Diane Eyer, Roberta Michnick Golinkoff)
I have not ordered it yet, but I hope to soon purchase Daniel Pink’s book “A Whole New Mind: Moving from the Information Age to the Conceptual Age.”
