This is the conversation that needs to happen and I think coordinating best practices and specific lessons around ‘Digital Citizenship’ and ‘Information Literacy’ is definintely something worth posting on the web… I also agree that the work at Kansas State is some of the best on the subject, but was done a few years back and has not been elaborated on in a few years.
