It seems appropriate, especially given many of the conversations and prayers I shared with Bob in the last two weeks of his life, to close this post with some Bible verses. In Hebrews 10:24-25 we read:

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Let us gather together around our virtual campfire, and remember our mentor and friend, Bob Sprankle. It is altogether fitting and good that we do this together. I hope you can join us.
