Be aware the work this blog incorporates may be separately licensed. Reference provided links to quoted materials to determine licensing of incorporated media and text.

Per the terms of the license for this blog’s materials, you are free to SHARE and REMIX this content under the attribution condition:

You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).

I request you attribute my work by doing two things:

  1. Include my first and last name in the text of your own work as the author of the work you’re using/citing: Wesley Fryer.
  2. Provide a link back to the original blog or podcast link you are utilizing/citing. When you include that URL as an active hyperlink on a webpage on a site like a blog or wiki page, my blog or podcast posts should record your attribution as a trackback link. For many older posts I have trackback links turned off, but I generally leave them on for more recent posts.

Optionally, if you want to include a link to my main personal website, my bio page, or the root URL for this blog (“Moving at the Speed of Creativity”) that would be great. Additionally, if you are “tagging” your post with metadata so others can find your content by referencing that tag in a search tool like Technorati, please use the tag wesleyfryer for me.

Thanks for your interest in properly attributing sources. I’m happy you’ve found some of my online work and hope you find it useful.

A podcast recording authorization and release form is also available.

If you are interested in contacting me directly, my phone, skype and email contact information is available.
